Great In-Laws

This week I have been reaping the wonderful benefits of having amazing in-laws who live so close. Tuesday afternoon, both my father-in-law and mother-in-law came over to go for a walk with me so I wouldn't have to go alone and control my 65 lb (forgets-she's-4-sometimes) dog. And yesterday, Jane came over again to walk with me. ALSO, on Tuesday, they made us meals for the week so I wouldn't have to stand up at the stove and cook for/clean up after dinner. DJ and I have enjoyed 2 nights of delicious Chicken Cacciatore and currently have a nice container of homemade chicken soup defrosting in the fridge. It's not only mouth-watering good, but vegetable packed so I feel like Maci is being taken care of, too :-) Thanks, Sam and Jane, for all you do! You're going to be wonderful grandparents!!

Ahhh.....they ARE wonderful people! I still remember when Mr. Martorana was a substitute teacher for Miss Hillyard (our Spanish teacher). WOW. That's a vivid (and hysterical) memory! And can that family COOK! I think senior year, D.J. made homemade meatballs or something. My mouth still waters thinking about it.

Praying for you!!!!!
